APPEAL COURT.

WELLINGTON, July 5. The Appeal Court sat to-day. Justices Williams Denniston and Edwards being present. There are only six caees so far, but others are expected to be set down. In the case Miles v. Hussey, decided in applicant's favour at last sitting, leave was given to appeal to the Privy Council, and the Court adjourned till to-morrow.
