The Crown liave decided not to proceed with the remainingl charge? against John Cline and Alice Maud Shepherd, of having unlawfully disposed of the body of a child with intent to conceal Its birth, and tho Crown Prosecutor will to-morrow ent?r a nolle prosequi. The accused were on Wednesday acquitted on -a charge of child murder.
