CONSTANTINOPLE, June 16
Reuters Constantinople correspondent states that four Marshals, inc-ud-ing the ex-Miriinters of Marino and Instruction, also two generals, an exCouncillor of the State, and 60 other high officials have been degraded, and imprisoned in provincial fortresses. . LONDON, June 10.
