At Toko, on Monday, there was a small yarding, and bidding was quiet. Weaners made 9s to 12s, store cows 26s to 525, fat and forward do. £3 6s to £4 ss, f.m. ewes 3s lOd to 5s Cd. lambs ; 4s 6d. At Stratford, on Tuesday, there was a good yarding and largo attendance. Bidding dragged for nearly all classes except forward store cows, which sold well, and although a good deal of business was done in other lines prices were all in favour of buyers. Weaners made 6s to 13s 6d, 12 to 18-months heifers ,24s to 28s, 18-month to 2-year heifers in calf £2 12s 6d to £2 17s (3d, 2fc-year steers , (good quality) £3 15s, store cows 25s to 375. forward do. £2 15s to £3 9s, fat do. ( £3 18s to £4 Bs, f.m. ewes 2s 6d to 4s, 4 and 6-tooth do. 6s 8d to 10s, bulls 35s to 475.
