BENZINE EXPLOSION.

DTJNEDIN, September 1. An explosion of benzine occurred at 2 o clock this morning - in the storeroom of the Moana. There were three snen in the room at the time, and they dashed out covered with flames They were the ship's storekeeper and two young engineers working1 on the ship. The former and one of the latter were removed to the Dunedin Hospital. They wero burned about the hands and face, but it is believed they are not dangerously injured. The third man was burned about the legs, but his injuries are not severe.
