We were more -than gratified by the ability displayed by the majority of the girls, who handled the utensils and material with; all the confident .skill; of experienced housewives. From what we saw we are convinced the girls- are receiving most valuable training from Miss. Mollison. We would suggest that a distinction be made between those who did excellent work at this examination and those who did not do quite so well.
