The Imperial Congress Union at Queensitown, Caipe ■Colony, approved of the South African Customs Union, and free trade with, th© Union. It urged tih© introduction of raw material on fabe lowest possible duties, and the non-ad-mission of -articles manufactured "therefrom &t the lowest duties, and advocated the reimposi'tion of the meat duties.
