Tho Oamaru Drillshed Site Bill, Fetone Corporation Waterworks Bill, Dannevirko Education Reserve Transfer Bill, Gisborne Harbour Bill, Coal Mines Act Compensation Bill, and Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act Compilation Bill were passed through their final stages.

The Masterton Trust Lands Trust Empowering Bill was referred back to the Local Bills Committee.

The Council rose at 3.3G p.m
