The pairs for the ladies' championship are as follows:—Miss Stanford plays Miss Worg-an, Mrs. limes plays Miss Liffiton, Miss E. Taylor plays Miss Krull, Miss Izavcl plays Mrs. Dyer, Miss Jackson plays Mrs. Cleghorn, Mrs. fcarjeant plays Miss Barnicoat, Miss Robertson plays Miss H. Cowper, Miss Baker plays Miss O. Stanford., Miss Cavo plays Miss Peat, Miss Kaapp plays Miss Darley. The first round will b3 "commenced oil Wednesday, and must, bo played off before the following Saturday. The championship will be played over ft course of 18 holes. The first lii arc thu ones now played by senior members, the remaining are as thu junior 1, 2, 3, 8, 9. and the home holes. :
A very enjoyable match between W:m«anui and M.aroro teams was played on the Maroro links on Saturday afternoon. Harold's score of 83 for 18 holes was the most notable event of the afternoon.
