THE PREMIER DEPUTATION ISED
Per Press .Association. CHRISTCHtMfr, December 1. The Premier to-day received a deputation from shopkeepers, concerning the operations'of the Shop® and Offices Act. Mr. Seddon replied at length to th"c deputation, saying that he intended to administer the law fairly and impartially. He did not, however, intend to insist upon a drastic observance of the Act, but he expected the citizens to observe the spirit of it. "
