WELLINGTON, November 16.

At the Court of Ylnquiry into the, collision between the steamers Gertie and Queen of the South., in broa ddaylight off Kahurahgi Point, when both steamers were going.in the same direction, the decision vrag given to-day. The Court found ■-the Gertie- was the overtaking vessel, and Captain Simpson, of that vesge, was ordered to pay all the costs of the: inquiry, except the costs of the mate of the Queen of the South, who should have.called his captain earlier. All the certificates were returned. The costs total £20.
