WELLINGTON, September 23.

The Transport Commission will, it is understood report that the discipline of the Britannic troops was as good, if not better, than on the other transports, but will condemn the discipline on the Orient.

The Commisslion finds that the Britannic did not cany men in excess of the proper number allowed by t!he transport regulations, but that the Orient did not have"sufficienfc hammock accommodation.
