The ladies' committee are receiving a hearty response from the schools of the colony,, and it is hoped every school in tlhe colony "will ba contributor. The Goirernmenit has promised substantial assistance, and it is expected a vote will appear on the SMpplemenitairy Estimates. Encouraging letters have been received from many members of the House.
