WELLINGTON WOOLLEN COMPANY.
WELLINGTON, September 12. At the annual meeting of the Wellington Woollen Mills Company to-day the report and balance sheet were adopted. A proposal to increase the remuneration of directors from £450 to £750 met with some criticism, and was defeated by seven votes to six.
