The quantity and value of dairy produce an dfrozen meat reported from the colkmy last month were a,s follows: — Butter—7676 cwt., o fthe value of £42,----471, as compared with 1748 cwt., of the value of £8356 in August last year. Cheese—2l2B cwt., valued at £5340, as compared with 2236 owt., valued at £5343. Beef—lo,l9o cwt., valued at £12,810, .as compared with 16,631 cwt:, valued at £18,528. Butter—7676 cwt. with. 1748 owt. of as compared with 82,800 cwt., vaued at £39,829. Legs and pieces of mutton, 6670 cwt., vakied at £7224, as compared with 3217 £wfc., valued at £3472. Lamb, 21,252 cwt., valued at £31,238 cwt., as compared with 45,236 cwt., valued at £65,103.
