The Leaving of the charge of manslaughter of her daughter, Dorothy Drake, aged eight years, preferred against. Harriett Drake, -was' concluded at the Supreme Court this evening, when the jury returned a-verdict of "Gutlly." lib Honor Justice Edwards intimated that on Thursday howfoiuld hear argument of counsel on the point raided during the hearing with regard to the axluilssibility of certain evidence concerning the treatment of deceased by prisoner prior to 26th June. Sentence ■was deferred.
