Per Press Association. "HAMILTON, August *o. The prospectus has been issued of the Co-operative Gompany to purchase and carry on the business of \he New Zealand Dairy Association, Limited. It is proposed to .raise a capital of £100,000, in shares of £2 10s each, but it is proposed to allot half the shares at present, the vendors to take 400 shares in part payment of the purchase money (£40,000). The plam(j and buildings are valued at £40,800, and" the goodwill and trade marks at £6000. The vendors will take £40.000 for the business and plant. It is proposed to raise £39,000 in £100 debentures, repayable at the rate of £400 tier annum. The prospectus states these are arranged for at 5 per cent. It is proposed only to make calls of 2s 6d per share at present, and no call to exceed mat amount or be made at less intervals than six months. Mr. Wesley Spragg is to be the manager of the new company, and Messrs. Loveli and Christmas the brokers in London.
