LONDON, August 8. The Court goes into mourning for the Empress to-day, cbangirig oa the 29th and resuming half mourning for Queen Victoria on September 19th. The Navy and Army ■will wear mourning until the 19th. The King's desire is that the programme for the Cornwalls' tour shall not be modified in consequence of the death.
