OPERA HOUSE.

ROYAL . VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND

LIVING- PICTURES,

Messrs Cooper and Miicderriiott yesterday received the first of their living pictures in connection with the Royal visit to New Zealand, and will exhibit them in the Opera House tormorrow evening. Those of special interest here will be the haka and poi dances and the Wanganui natives, while the Premier and the Duke donning the Maori mat will also be attractive. The firm has generally been to the fore in producing novelties of interest for the first time, and in spite of the delay in sending these films to Australia to be developed, they are once again foremost in the display of one of the most interesting features of the Royal visit. In addition to the above, a, very attractive programme is promised to-morrow and Thursday.
