Premier Barton concluded his campaign by addressing a large meeting at the Exliibition Buildings1. He had a splendid reception. State^Premier P.hilp hoped that Queensland would return a majority of members to both Houses to support the Barton Cabinet, and trusted that the Federal Ministers would make a trip through the State before they attempted legislation on tho sugar industry. The revenue for the State for eight months shows a decrease of £218,000 compared with the same period 'last year. SYDNEY, March 4. The Hon G. H. Reid visits Queensland as a counter-blast to Premier Barton.
