Court sittings have been gazetted as under : SUPREME COURT. At Wnnganui (civil and criminal business)—2sth February, 10th June and 30th September. DISTRICT COURT. Wangjinui District (criminal and civil business) — At Wutignnui on third Monday in Januaiy, April, July and October ; and at Palmerston North on second Wednesday in March, June and September and first Tuesday in December. Turnmiki District (civil and criminal business-; — At New Plymouth on third Wednesday in February, May, August and November; and at Hawera on first Tues day in February, May, August and November. Wainirapii District (civil and criminal business) — At Miusterton on last Wednesday in March, June and September, and second Thursday in December. MAGISTRATE'S COURT. Sittings at Wangamii will be held every Monday and at other times as may be arnuiged with the S.M. District Court Chamber business wi'l be taken by the District Judge at any time, and arrangements can be made with the District Judge for special sittings to dispose of urgent cases and bankruptcy business. Supreme Court Chamber business will be taken by the. Registrar at any time when he is in Wanganui.
