' ■ The annual report of the New Zealand Australian Land Company shows a profit of £95,437. A dividend of 6 per cent wasdeclared, and £27,92.7 carried''forward. The British Broken Hill Silver' Company ' has declared a dividend of Is per share. The Peninsular and Oriental Company pays a dividend of 6£ per cent on deferred capital and a bonus of 2 per cent. ,
