At a meeting of the Womans' Christian Temperance Union a motion wa3 passed | " That in tho opinion of the meeting tho I Licensing Bill brought up by Mr Millar m ] totally opposed to all the interests of temI peraneo, and that telegrams to that affect be Bent to city members and to the Premier.
