Nominations for Champion Raco and all Handicaps, including Jumpingevents.must be sent to the Secretary on or beforo TUESDAY, 11th DECEMBER, not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitors are requested to forward Postal Notes and not stamps. Two shillings on each Handicap Event, itiSd full entry money for Champion Kace, to bo paid on Nomination, accompanied by a statement of Public Performances for the last two years (matches included) with dates and Localities of such Perf Drmances ; the remainder of Entrance fee on Accoptance, which can be mado on tho ground. Other events post entries. Colours must bo named on Nomination. The Committee reserve the right to run any race under 300 yards in heats. The Bicycle Eaces will be run under tho rules of the New Zealand Cyclists' Union. Tho particular attention of competitors is drawn to Rule 25, which reads :— " Every Competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the k:iee3 ; that is, jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect of this Rule renders the competitor liable to bo excluded from taking part in the Sports. " The Wrestling Event will ba conducted under tho recognised Rules. Any competitor found guilty of sending in false Performances, running under an assumed name, or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Committee reserve the right to require any competitor, either beforo or after any event, to make a declaration as to his identity and the correctness of his description of Performances. The Committee may disqualify any Competitor before or after any Event who shall refuse to make the required Declaration and ho shall not be entitled to claim any prize. Entries will be received and Sports conducted under tho Printed Rules of tho Feilding Athletic Sports, obtainable from the Secretary, price Is. Admission to Gates : Adults Is ; Children, between 8 and 12 years, half-price ; under 8 years, free. Full Band in attendance and a spacious dancing platform provided on the Lawn.
