Handicaps will be published on the 14'h Oamnry. Nomination fees must be paid at time of nominating, and acceptances on tbe ground. All events, except handicaps, post entry. Full knowlcigo of the Society's xu'es will bo expejtci of every competitor, and the iu'o3 will bo strictly adhered to. Competitors must wear proper knickerbocker costume.
