TtfREE BANKRUPTS' DISCHARGES SUSPENDED. (Per Pbe3s Association). Cbkutchukch, December 4. A alight uhock of eMthquake was felt at 8.40 this morning. At the Supreme Court to-day Justice Danniston suspended for six months and nine months respectively the di3chargo3 o£ two bankrupts, who had carried on business for a, considerable time after they had been practically bankrupt. He refused the discharge of a third bank.irupf', f whoi?& father had, shortly before his bankruptcy, taken possession of a number of sheep and lambs which his son had obtained from him, partly in satisfaction of a debt eleven yoara old, and partly because they had not bean paid for. His Honor remarked that it was of no use for bankrupt to apply for his discharge until the Ehaep wore where they honestly ought to be.
