« [Pboii Oub Own Cobeebpondent 3 Patei, December 7. The annual meeting of the Hospital Board was hold yesterday, when Mr E. A. Adams was electad Chairman for the ensuing jear. Robert Whitton was ordered to bo forwarded to the Home. A requisition for a rp9tinij, &c, from the Matron, ordered to bo procured by ' t c Secretary, — The Surgeon's report was received and adopted.— lt was resolved that an application for the duty paid on tho invalids' chair by the Board should bs made, and that the member for the district be requested to uao hia influence in the matter.— The statement of accounts showed a Bank balance of ,£37 15a co the Hospital Board, and £20 133 2d to the Charitable Aid Board. Amount a-ailable for Hospitals the end of March £14 10i (id. Accounts as follo»8 were passed for payment — Hospital, ,£27 14s 2d; Charitable Aid, .£3.— The ch-quos were ordered I. > be uigned by the Chair-v man and ilr W. Brown. } —
