Upper Tutacnui Sports, (Bt Oub Special Reporter.) The annual meeting of the Upper Tutaenui Sports Club was held yesterday. There was a good attendance, the racing was close, and all arrangements were well carried out. J. H. King showed the best form on the ground, and seemed to hold things pretty Bate. The following are the results : — Maidex. Morley 1 P, Troy 2 Time, 15 t-sth sec. 100 Yards. J. H. Kins? t H. Cameron t This was an excellent race, and, as will be ssen, resulted in a dead heat, in lOseo. 220 Yards, J. H. King 1 It. Jarrett 2 Time, 24soc. In this race Cameron really reached the Dape after King, but a proteat having been entered by Jarrett for alleged interference, the Committee met and decided to uphold it, and Jarrett therefore secured the place. Quarter Mile. i J. H. Kins 1 R. Jarrett 2 i Time, 58sec. i Half Mile. Jarrett, 10yds 1 i Hunt, 25yds 2 D. Irqnhart 3 Time, 2min lGsoc. Bracelet. ] H. Cameron ... 1 i Z. Cameron 2 J. H.
