Mcfsrs Freeman It. Jackson's mid Co.'s Wuiiguiuil Stock Report , Wo had a fair muster of stock at Waverley. Cattle sold briskly, but sheep wore dull of sale, especially owes and lamb?. At St. Hill-street the attendance was small and the bidding slow. We sold all that came forward aftor the salo. "We quote ; — Cattle. — At Waverley, steers made £2 16s, £3 10a, up to £4 Bs, according to siza and age; cows, .£3 2s 6d to M 5s 6d; heifers, .£3 3s to ,£3 4s ; mixed cattle, .£3 2a 6d to £5 4s Gd ; cows and calves, XI 1 143; weaners, £2 Is 6d to £2 2s 6d. At St. JKII Street, cows and calves, £i 11s to £i 12s. Shbef.— At Waverley— Shorn fat wethers, 10s 4s to lls ; wethers in wool, 12s 5d to 14a sd; shorn hoggets, 6b 6d. At Wanganui— En es and lambs, 12s Cd to 13s 9d; wethers, 12s 63 to 12s Od; hoggets, 10a Gd.
