(Per United Press Association,) ; Auckland, January 21. , . Mr F. Larkworthy, lats ManagingDirector of the Bank of New Zealand, stated, in reply to questions by a reporter, that the recent nteps taken to rehabilitate the Bank have been moat successful, and are likely to have a moat beneficial effect on the future of the institution. The Bank's business is increasing in Australia, and in his opinion the shareholders are fortunate in having Mr Buokley as chairmao.
