A man named Mullau has been sentenced to a mouth's imprisonment and to find sureties to keep "the peace for six months, for striking the editor of a local paper a violent blow in tbo faoe aa he was walking along the street reading a paper. Defendant pleaded that the paper had commented on the Parnell party, but was really instigated by a third party who has a grievance against the paper, __
