The GospeJ Mission Hall in Copen- ; hJigen-street, London, was crowded on Sunday evening with an audience to " see and hear a " Singiug Preacher." me gallery at tbe enrl of the hall was excessively crowded and during the service began to exhibit symptoms of insecurity. Thisalanned the congregation, and a gentleman suggested that as the gallery appeared to be somewhat overcrowded, it would conduce to the public' safety if some of its occupants quietly retired. A cloud of dust prevented those at ihe other end of the nail seeing the full' extent of the disaster, but it was known that many persons must be buried in the debris.
