QUESTIONS IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, May 23. Replying to a question in the House of Commons by Mr E. L. Granvill (Ind.. L. Eye), who asked whether, as a result of the decisions taken by the Prime Ministers’ conference, it was intended to establish machinery for closer consultation between the members of the British Commonwealth, the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr C. R. Attlee, said the conference had reviewed the existing system and general satisfaction was expressed at the degree of consultation achieved by the existing means. The Dominion Premiers agreed to consider 1 the position further- with their- colleagues after their return to their respective countries.
