THAT POLAND SHOULD BE STRONG. REPORTED DECLARATION BY STALIN. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) MOSCOW, May 21. ' Professor Lange, formerly of the University of Cracow, who came from America' to visit the Polish army, was received by Marshal Stalin. He said: “Marshal Stalin told me that Poland was going to play a very important part in Europe. He declared it was going to be in the interests of the Soviet Union that Poland should be strong.”
