AIR CRASH

PILOT SLIGHTLY INJURED

WELLINGTON, This Day.

When a fighter type aircraft of the R.N.Z.A.F., operating from a North Island station, crashed yesterday morning, the pilot, Flight Lieutenant Francis Trever Lampden, received slight injuries which necessitated his admission to hospital. Lieutenant Lampen’s wife is Mrs F. T. Dampen, Mount Maungamii.
