SPORTS MEETING TO BE HELD ON JANUARY 29. i (“Times-Age” Special.) The Martinborough Amateur Horse and Athletic Sports Club will hold its annual sports meeting on the old racecourse at Martinborough on Saturday, January 29, commencing at 1 p.m. The net profits will go towards the patriotic quota. Programmes can be obtained from the secretary, Mr. K. D. Arthur, Martinborough. The club is making a special effort to provide one of the most enjoyable gatherings of its kind ever recorded in the district.
