It is officially announced in Cairo that a delegation from General Tito has been negotiating' with the Allies and the Royal Yugoslav Government. The communique stated: “Discussions have recently been hem in Alexandria between representatives of the Partisan forces of Yugoslavia and representatives of the British fighting forces. The discussions, which were purely military, were concerned with the implementation of the British Government’s policy of affording all military support to all forces resisting the enemy in Yugoslavia. United States fighting forces were associated with the talks, which reached full agreement regarding carrying out the policy.”
