FRENCH TRAITORS

DESIRE TO MAKE WAR ON ALLIES AND TO MASSACRE LOYALISTS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON. December 19. Leading French collaborationists, including Marcel Dcat and Jean Paquis, addressed a meeting which was attended by 20,000 people in Paris today, and appealed to the nation to unite against the “terrorists" and declare war on the Allies. Deat said: “The militia will take up arms against the British and Americans when they land in France. A stronger militia will declare war on the terrorists, and whoever tries to stage a revolt will be massacred. We shall check the course which France is taking toward civil war.” Parquis said: “Partisans must rise like one man and fight so that Germany will not be alone in her life-and-death struggle.”
