GIRL GUIDES

SUCCESSFUL SHOP DAY. The takings at the shop day held yesterday by Masterton Girl Guides totalled about £9O. This was considered most satisfactory. The shop day was held in furtherance of a Dominion-wide campaign by Giyl Guides to raise about £2,500 to provide and furnish four rest huts for soldiers. The Guides wish to express their thanks to the many donors of goods. Their assistance is greatly appreciated.
