Moscow radio says that 876 deputies of Rumanian war prisoners in conference at a Russian camp appealed to the Rumanian people to overthrow General Antonescu and" make peace with Russia. It was revealed at the conference that 13,000 people were shot in Rumania for opposing General Antonescu, and also that 250,000 Rumanians were killed or wounded in fighting at Odessa and in the Crimea.
