JAPANESE CABINET
PREMIER MAKES CHANGES. (By'Telegraph —Press Association— Copyright) TOKIO, December 21. After all-night conferences the Premier, Prince Konoye, launched a largescale reorganisation of Cabinet, in which he appointed the former Premier, Baron Hiranuma, Home Minister. after the, resignation of Mr Yasui; and Lieutenant-General Heisuke Yanagawa, Director-General of the China Affairs Board, was appointed Minister of Justice after the resignation of Mr Kazami. , ... Prince Konoye conferred with representatives of the old political parties and also of big business. However, seven members of the current Cabinet were not consulted, before the changes, which are intended to strengthen the Government before the Diet reconvenes on December 26.
