ANNUAL MEETING.

At the annual meeting of the Eketahuna Croquet Club three new members were elected. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: —President. Captain T. G. Bedding, of the Rifle Battalion, and formerly of Eketahuha, will go into camp at Trentham this week.

Lance-Sergeant J. R. Johnston, of D Company, machine gun platoon, Ist Hawke’s Bay Regiment, left Eketahuna on Monday afternoon for Burnham Camp, and Corporal A. N. Suter for Trentham Camp where he has been posted to the Hawke’s Bay Company.
