MAINTENANCE OF NORMAL RELATIONS. (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) ROME, September 4. Italian liners are resuming sailings in a.few days’ time, thus indicating Italy’s determination for neutrality. It is stated that Italy expects France and Britain to continue normal relations, despite the Italo-German military alliance.
