DAY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The weather for the final day of the Randwick meeting is fine. The track is hard. Royal Chief has been withdrawn from, the Randwick Plate and will leave for Melbourne tonight. ROYAL CHIEF’S CONDITION. (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 7. There is nothing amiss with Royal Chief but, in view of the arduous campaign he has been through and the continued dryness of the track, it is considered oetter that he miss today’s engagement.
