Volunteering.

A meeting of the Shooting Committee of the Oreytown Rifle Volunteers was held last night. Present—Captain Cameron (chairman), Lieut Porritt, Sergt Trotmau, and Vol Fisher. The following team was selected to flro a match at Qreytown with Featberston and Masterton on Saturday next, Deo 4th, at 1 o’clock sharp Capt Cameron, Lieut Porritt, Col Sergt Willason, Sergeants Trotman, Humphries, Gooding, Vols Pisher, Sayers, Harris, and Hobman. Emergencies—Yols Downard, Crawley, and Waterson. The following will represent GreytownVol Blake, F Hawke, Bragging, Smith, Bagler Hobman, Benge, Dooley, Phillips, Gooding, Vol T Ingley. Emergencies—Sayers, Harris, and Phillips. Shooting to commence at 1 p.m. The Greytown second team are requested to meet at 8 p.m. this evening to make arrangements for going to Carterton.
