Cricket.
The Australian cricketers arrived at Wel» lingtou from Canterbury about noon on Wednesday, and a little after two o’clock were ready for the match against 22 of Web lington. The Wellingtonians batted first, and ran up the decent score of 182 for their first innings. Yesterday morning the Australians took the bat, and the followin b scores were made yesterday Palmer 76, Jones 151, Irumble, not out, 28, extras 4. The match was resumed to day.
