WAIRARAPA WEST COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the County of Wairarapa West, intends at a Special Meeting, to be held on SATURDAY, the 27th day or NOVEMBER, 1886, to pass a Special Order adopting the provisions of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886,” generally in the said County. NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on SATURDAY, the 27th day of NOVEMBER, at Noon, at which it will be proposed to pass a Special Order adopting the following Bye-Laws, viz. : Bye Law No 2, regulating that all Vehicles Travelling the Public Roads within the Wairarapa West County, between the hours of sunset and sunrise, shall carry at least one light, affixed (o the drivers' side, and providing a penalty not exceeding £5 for any contravention hereof, said Bye Law to come into force on the Ist day of January, 1887. Bye Law No 3, regulating the use and conduct of Abattoirs, and Slaughterhouses in the Wairarapa West County, providing (he Slaughterhouses be licensed under an annual license fee of £l, for the keeping of a Register by the licensee, for the management of cattle intended for slaughter, &c., and providing a penalty not exceeding £6 for every contravention of this Bye Law, which shall come into force on Ist January, 1887. He has just received a nice 10l of Tweeds from the Wellington Woollen Company’s new works, which ate well worth inspection 11. He keeps a large stock of MUSIC on hand, comprising “ Victoria ” and “ Cavendish” Books, Bound Pianoforte Music, as well as Violin Solos with piano accompaniments. All sheet music at half price—same as sold in England. Pianofortes by the best makers, can be supplied on deferred payment system, or hire, with option ot purchase 12. He is noted for attention to all orders no matter how small Bearing in mind the above facts, it will be seen that W.
