Affairs in Bulgaria.
London, November 15. The Sobranje has declared that M. Karave* loff has been a traitor to his country. •The Loudon press, commenting on Count Ealnoky’s speech, bold that he is pledged to resist the occupation of Bulgaria by Russia, The Bulgarian situation is now mote pacific. Count Kaluokys speech has created a favorable impression in Berlin, A rumor has gained currency to the effect that the Earl of Iddesleigb, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, has offered to send a British squadron to the Black Sea to prevent the landing of Russian troops, and protect the interests of Turkey, provided that Austria firmly forbids the occupation of Bulgaria by Russia. Count Kalnoky, Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs, has, it is declared, refused to give such a guarantee. Mr John Bright has expressed an opinion that the British fear of Russia in connection with the Bulgarian question is altogether misplaced.
