TIMARU SPRING MEETING, Timabu, October 26. xlie limaru Racing Ciub’a Spring Meeting took place to day. The weather waa fine, and there was a moderate attendance, The following are the resalts Hurdle Race—Moody, 1 ; Panic, 2. Ivanhoe started, but his rider fell at the second last hurdle. Novel Race—Twilight 1, Rose 2, Milkman 3. Qualified Hunters’ Hurdle Race, of 20 sovs; two miles.—Mr A. Slee’s Juggler 1, Mr E S Rutherford’s The Mount 2, Mr fl H Rhodes’ Ivanhoe 3. Won by a length. Dividend £9 6s. Flying Handicap, of 2a sovs—Finance 1, Quibble 2, Brunette 3. Won by a short head. Dividend, £93 2s. There was only one investor on the winner.
