Affairs in Bulgaria.
A WARNING TO TURKEY. Bom, October 21. An interview has taken place between Mr Stambouloff, the President of tbe Connell of the Regency, and Gadbau Effendi, the Turk, ish Envoy, at which it was decided not to postpone the meeting of tbe Sabraoje. M. Stambonloff warned Godban Effendi that the days of the Ottoman Empire wonld be sum. bered it Rnssia wete permitted to enter Bulgaria. London, Got 21. A general agreement hae been arrived at by the Great Powers to allow Rnssia to take the lead in bringing abont a settlement of affaire in Bulgaria, which must, however, be io conformity with the Treaty of Berlin. General Gourka will accept the position of Russian Agent in Bulgaria, if supported by a military force. Tbe Czar has summoned him to St Petersburg.
